Below are just a few of the most commonly asked questions that we've come accross. Please feel free to read through them, if your question is still not addressed please be sure to send us a detailed e-mail or call us to obtain answers. Q: Can I make an order to go?

A: Yes, Absolutely. All we ask is that you call us with enough notice to ensure your order will be waiting for you instead of you waiting for your order.

Q: Do you offer Latte and Cappucino?

A: As of this time we do not offer specialty coffees. While it is regretable that we do not, we manage to keep the prices realistic in doing so. The Coffee is GREAT and you will not regret it. True Coffee for True Coffee drinkers.

Q: Do i have to rent your systems for a full hour everytime?

A: No. Our hourly rates are broken down into 15 minute increments, therefore is 15 minutes is all you require 15 minutes is all you pay for.

Q: Do i have to prepay for Computer time?

A: No, you do not. Ours is set up in a pay as you go system, so you can prepay, but it is not required.

Q: Why do I have to pay for your WiFi Hotspot?

A: Most establishments that offer so called "FREE WIRELESS/ Hot Spot" won't tell you that in fact you are paying for it in the long run. In order to illustrate this concept you have to realize that while those establsihments claim it's "free," these guys are also charging you anywhere from $4.00 to $6.00 for a cup of specialty coffee. The truth is, it shouldn't cost you more than $2.00 to $3.00 per cup of a LARGE coffee; where do you think the extra money is going? That's right, now you just payed for your internet usage without blantantly being told you did. This is how we manage to keep the price of a good cup of coffe down to a reasonable price. Additionally, ours in the only Business grade connection in town available to the general public.

Q: What type of connection and speed can I expect at your establsihment?

A: As we stated previously, our connection is Business grade. While it is running on a DSL connection, it is the fastest one available. With a steady downstream at 7616 kbps; which is the fastest you can go before switching to a T1 line (mostly used at the government level). Most residential connections will run anywhere from 1.5 to 3.5 kbps. Ustream is set at 864 kbps accross the board which is again significantly higher than that of the average user. We can guarantee that you will be satistfied.
